Just replaced our first lot of ink cartridges, and its not worked, we are getting error messages, Have tried removing plug and switching on and off, but still no joy, can anyone help please.

If issue still persists, try re-inserting the old cartridges and check if the error shows up ? If the error does not show up then its an issue with the new cartridges, else it could be a printer hardware issue.
