Replacement Ink Cartridges cause error "incompadable"
Product: HP 950/951 ink
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus will not except the current HP 950/951 Z10 ink cartridges. It is wanting HP 950/951 Z20 ink cartridges. I can not even find z20 cartridges on the HP website? What can I do? The printer stay on error message until I put old ink cartridges back in printer.
