HP OfficeJet Pro 8710

I refilled two Cartridges(cyan and yellow) printer HP OfficeJet Pro 8710  serial number [edit]. but it is showing ink at 0 level. and unable to print color print. How to reset it's ink level?

The cartridges used in the Officejet Pro 8710 are intended for single use.  When the cartridge runs out of ink that information is written to the cartridge.  The ink levels reported by the cartridge cannot be reset by normal means.  You may find a "chip resetter" circuit that may or may not work....

I am not who is right but when i bought this printer they told cartridge can be refilled. Also Costco offers to refill 952XL Cartridges. So definitely there should be some way to reset the chip.

Costco has a pretty good return policy, I would suggest you try having them refill the cartridges (and ask if they can reset the ink levels).  

 

You might also contact whoever told you that the cartridges were refillable and see what they have to say.

 

Also, be aware the Officejet Pro 8710 uses Dynamic Security, see here for information.  That may mean thaat things that work today may not work in the future....
