Hi,

I've forgotten the username and password that I set up to log into EWS. How do I go about resetting it?

Regards,

Richard

Hi,

Try following the 'To restore the printer to the original factory defaults' section on page 184 of its user guide and let me know if you can successfully complete this task:

http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06220009

Then you will need to follow the Wireless Setup Wizard from the Wireless menu to reconnect the printer to the network (You May Skip the Network Settings Restore has those has already been restored), see the 'Connect a printer with a touchscreen control panel' section below:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05987925
