Restore Factory Defaults HP Deskjet 3785

 

I have the   issue. Could you send me the instructions to reset the printer to its factory defaults and remove the admin password?

Hi,

 

Before you perform a factory reset,  Have you did some troubleshooting recommended in the User Manual to resolve your problem

 

Its good to try out the recommeneded solution to known problem suggested in the User Guide

If you've forgotten the password of the printer that you set previously, kindly please contact HP Support to help on this matter. Only HP Support can help on this.

Hi

 

You may want to try this out:

 

1. Press the wireless button and cancel button from the printer control panel at the same time and then hold them for three seconds

2.  Check if Admin Password has been removed
