Return ink

Office Jet Pro 8100
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I ordered from HP Store and received ink for my printer because it not printing correctly - leaving large blank spots. I replaced the black cartridge and it reported as not authentic. I followed the steps outlined by HP and bought a new HP Office Jet 8022. Now I want to return to the HP Store the black cartridge that the printer claimed was not authentic, plus the three color cartridges that are still unopened.
