Hello, I have a HP ENVY 5030, I have purchased it in December 2019.
I set it up this week and I get an error message when I insert the colour SETUP cartridge. The black SETUP cartridge is fine and I can print it with it.
I have tried the following:
- reinserted the cartridge several times
- restarted the printer and powering it off completely
- I believe the firmware is updated because I have gone through the printer menu and tried to update it but it says it’s already done
- Tried to install the printer in a different computer with Windows 7
Can you please help? It is obviously quite disappointing to buy a new printer and not manage to print in colour.
