Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP

I can print from apps like "WORD," but not from on-line like GMAIL . This is a new problem. I use WINDOWS 7. I just downloaded HP Scan Doctor for Windows PC that assessed no problems with communication b/tcomputer and printer and no jobs stuck in queue.  Please help. Thanks, BunkerBill

Which browser are you trying to print from?

Try to print from a different browser and check if that prints fine?
