Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Been printing fine with the ink cartridges I have in the printer for months, now it tells me that the color ink cartridge is not intended for this printer.  I went through the troubleshoot tips of cleaning both pinter contacts and ink contacts.  Powercycling my printer etc...  but still says it.

At first it said it for the black cartridge and the color was fine, so I cleaned the black.  Then right after it tells me the color one has a problem but the black is fine.  I do have the instant ink so not sure if that is causing issues etc.  I can buy a new color ink cartridge but I am not sure if I can because I have the instant ink, can I but a HP ink cartridge adn use it or do I have to wait til they mail me a new one?

It is beyond frustrating as we have to print items for school at a moments notice.   I really want to just cancel the instant ink and buy a different printer at this point.
