I am unable to scan to email. When I hit scan and then select email, I get this message -
" The printer could not connect to web services. The server might be busy or temporarily unavailable. Try again later."
I have tried the following -
1) picked the IP from the printer and logged on to the IP address through a web browser. Disabled and enable web services.
2) I have reinstalled the printer software and tried that option as well.
3) I have also downloaded the scan doctor, and that does tell me that there is a scanning issue. A firmware update is available. the scan doctor then comes up with a firmware upgrade, but I can not hit the update button. Poor software. and it is not available for macOS.
4) I have also disabled the web services from the printer display option and enable it again. But to no avail.
can someone please help.
