I have a new officejet 250 which I'm trying to set up the scan to email on it. I have entered in my email credentials three times in the application and I know they are correct but it keeps coming back saying it couldn't be set up because of incorrect credentials. Does anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this thank you

Are you able to perform regular scanning? Which domain are you setting up the scan to e-mail with? Eg: Gmail, Outlook?
