Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Since installing my new HP Computer, my HP printer does not scan or incorporate multiple pages to PDF which was a simple procedure.  I can only scan single pages to extensions such as JPEG which is unacceptable, especially for emailing as these are large files.  The computer came preinstalled with Windows 10 OS and 64 bit.  I am reluctant to buy software which can do this.

 

Problem 2 is that, although I have managed to get documents to print within the margin areas, labels are still printing outwith the margins.

 

Any help gratefully received.

HP Scan Extended

For Windows:   ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/scanners/HPScanExt/HPScanExt.msi

Once it's downloaded and installed, go to Start > All Programs > HP > HP Scan Extended > Run "HP Scan Extended"

Make searchable PDF scans with this free scanning software -   https://www.naps2.com/

The message "The HP imaging device was not found" came up.

You have another problem then.   Suggest you totally remove the software and drivers from your computer.  Now download and install the Full Featured Software and Drivers from the HP web site and reinstall.

I installed the HP Extended scan app you recommended.

 

I get the following error message:  "The HP Imaging Device was not found"
