HP photomart 5510 stuck on screen genuine HP Cartridge

Let us try these steps to resolve this issue:
Reset the printer
Note: HP recommends connecting the printer directly to a wall outlet rather than a surge protector or a power strip.
Remove and reinstall the ink cartridges. Make sure the protective plastic tape is removed from the ink cartridge if any, before placing it in the printer.
You may try inserting one ink cartridge at a time and check if the issue persists.
