Product: HP ENVY Photo 7155
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Recently purchased an ENVY Photo 7155. When trying to print double-sided pages the second page is always upside down. Tried several of the "fixes" provided in the forums with no help. Can someone help me as I need these pages to be fixed for college work? Thanks.

Hi,

Do you print in landscape or portrait orientation?

 

For portrait select Long Edge Binding within the two-sided setup, for landscape printing select short edge binding and then check for any difference.

I normally print in Portrait mode as I mostly do double-sided documents.

To answer the question about what applications I'm using it could be anything from Adobe Acrobat to websites with cooking recipes to MS Office programs (mostly MS Word). I've tried everything I can imagine and would LOVE for to get a number of someone I can speak with in person to walk me through possible solutions as this is VERY frustrating with a new printer. Thanks.
