Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8610

This is an old printer but a good one. Got message the printhead is defective or missing. Tried all suggested tips -- unplugged printer, removed printhead, shook it, replaced it. Nothing works.

 

Attempted to order replacement printhead from HP, but they no longer sell them. Their website directed me to a handful of US sellers. Without registering on each site, it is impossible to view their stock. Most seem like wholesalers anyway.

 

I bought another new printer in the meantime, but I really like this old printer and am wondering if there is any way to find the missing part? 

 

If anyone has ideas, the part number is CR322A.

HP Recommended

You can find those new printheads on eBay. Not a cheap part, avoid buying remanufactured or used printheads.
