The documentation you seek is normally made available to licensed printer technicians.
In other words, printer repair documents are not generally available at the printer's support website.
Disclaimer:
The words "normally" and "generally" are deliberate. There may be exceptions for commercial grade machines that are expected to be maintained in the field. Consumer grade printers, of which the all Photosmart series are a member, are not in the "commercial" grade category.
What to do?
Documents of this type might be available on the Internet. Extreme caution must be exercised when downloading anything from the 'net. This is not a recommendation, simply an acknowledgement that the data may be out there.
You might also be able to get a local repair technician to give you access to the information you seek. The printer is bordering on "vintage" - there is perhaps little loss for the technician to share the data with you.
