Hello,

I got a printer from my brother-in-law as mine went south during the lockdown.  However, when I start it up, I'm getting the Install Setup cartridges.  I got new ink but still the same screen is coming up about the cartridges.   I asked him but he does not have them anymore.  Please help because I really don't want to buy a new printer.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

  • I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
