Product: hp envy photo 7855
Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

My printer is now asking for setup ink cartridges, I no longer have. Please help I need to use with new hp ink I just purchase. anyone know how I can bypass?

We could try changing some settings in the Support Menu to use regular cartridges

 

Since these steps are specific to your Model, I have sent you a private message with the next course of action


Please check your private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile.

 

Next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope
