Product: Deskjet 2632 all in one
Operating System: Other

Hey, just bought the deskjet 2632 all in one for my son to use for his school work. The printer setup cartridges are in the printer, but the printer app is saying to insert the cartridges when they are already in machine, i have tryed the reset and cleaning all the contacts with no luck. 

Any help welcome
