Product: Hp envy photo 7800
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought an open box  HP Envy 7858 from Sams Club discounted section and it didn't come with setup cartridges. I just bought new cartridges but the printer said "use SETUP catridges that came with your pinter". Can someone help.

I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer, which are particular for your printer model. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.

I hope this helps resolve this issue completely.
