I have shadow on print. Replaced both cartridge. Uplugged. Cleaned. Registered. Still bad quality

I understand you have shadows when you print from your computer. To assist you better, I'd like to know the following-

 

What happens when you make photocopies?

Which application are you trying to print from?

 

Print a self-test page

  1. Make sure that only plain, unused, white paper is loaded in the input tray.

  2. On the product control panel, press Setup, select Print Report, select Self-Test, and then press OK.
