Officejet 100 Mobile Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Officejet 100 Mobile prints skewed output.  An archived reply to a similar question suggests cleaning the rollers, but gives no clue as to how to achieve this. Basically, as I face the printer,  paper is always pulled overwhelmingly on the right to achieve this skewed result.  UNfortunately the manual offers no help.

@KeithRoberts, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Run HP Print and Scan Doctor

Click here to download the file. Once downloaded, run the file and click on 'Fix printing'

To clean the paper rollers, refer to Solution four of this document.

Also, Align the cartridges

  1. Open HP Printer Assistant software >Toolbox. The Toolbox opens.

  2. Click the Services tab, and then click Align the Print Cartridges.

  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the alignment.

Print a self-test report to check the print quality

On the product control panel, press and hold the Cancel button () for three seconds. The self-test report prints.

Let me know how this goes.
