Smart Thank wireless 455
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Smart Thank wireless 455 Printhead appears to have a problem only printing magenta colour or default. Have performed all steps including latest updates of software. Even-though the diagnostic reads: "cartridges are depleted", the actual levels of ink in the Tank are actually full. It appears to be in the Printhead tanks. Is it possible to clean it or is it a case to by new print heads ? Please Help.

Many Thanks
