Office Jet Pro 6830 Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HI Folks, 

My Printer just got the black ink cartridge refilled, and a day after, the print head is complaining, and won't print. It's locked up.  Does my machine require a brand new HP ink cartridge, or is there somethign else I need to do to help it? It won't print an alignment page.  Kindly advise.

In order that I may provide you with an accurate solution, I will need a few more details and I would appreciate if you could, perhaps elaborate on your concern.

 

  • What is the exact error you are getting when you are trying to print?
  • Are you able to copy?
  • Have you made any software or hardware changes on the computer?
