Staples Instaink 15 pages free per month

I purchased a card from Staples that should give me free 15 pages per month of printing. When I use the pin, I'm only presented with the opportunities for pay per month choices. Why don't I see the 15 pages per month when I put in the pin code?

Thank you for replying. However, when I try to use the link you supplied, I get the same page where it shows the options that don't include the free 15 pages per month. There are 4 options ranging from 50 pages $2.99 per month up to 700 pages per month for $19.99 per month. Nothing is available for the 15 pages per month for free. How can I get that option available? I have an Officejet Pro 8610. Is it just not available as an option on certain printers? The card I got from Staples didn't say anything about that.
