Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have tried cleaning cartridges, and aligning printer several times. There are still streaks in the black and cyan colors. Other colors are fine.  Also streaks when printing in black and white.  Replaced black cartridge even though it was still half full, but still have the same problem.
