The color elements of my Officejet Pro 8620 are streaked, especially the blue, but all test blocks except the black/grayscale are streaky. I have run the "clean printheads" over and over. The current cartridges are all HP, but the previous owner used non-HP cartridges. I have a new set of HP cartridges but I don't want to use them if it is the printhead itself that is fouled and needs replacing. Suggestions, please.

We do not recommend using non-HP ink cartridges. It may cause damage to the ink system.
I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve the issue.
If you have already performed the steps from the document Fixing Print Quality Problems and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer/printhead replacement.
