Replaced the B/W cartrige and now printer does not print in b/w. Also prints just limited color. Both cartridge ink levels are adequate.

- Which device are you using to print?
- Have you tried printing different documents and check if the issue persists?
Kindly perform steps 8, 11, and 6 respectively from this document to resolve this issue.
Clean the ink cartridges up to 3 times for better print quality.
