Terrible printer. HP Envy 5020.

HP Envy 5020
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm livid with this printer and with the HP Smart software. After 200 black and white documents, I'd gone through the black ink, and half the colour. I WAS PRINTING GRAYSCALE!  So I had to spend almost as much as the printer cost, late at night for a new black, and suddenly for no reason it starts using up my coloured ink, despite a nearly full B&W! So I suppose it will annoy me into buying a colour cartridge, despite me not needing one. PLUS..it has twice failed to print half the pages I requested, but it did print about 50 pages twice!! Using this expensive ink!!! AND, the really annoying thing, is the damned software. I can't cancel the printing anywhere!!!!! And there isn't a proper print queue that I can cancel, or delete jobs. FORGIVE THE CAPITALS BUT I'M AS MAD AS HELL ABOUT THIS. IT'S REALLY LET ME DOWN, AND I'VE A VERY IMPORTANT MEETING TOMORROW.  ARGGHHHHGGHH!!!!!!
