I keep trying to fix the problem but it’s not working! I just brought a hp pro 9010 printer. It came with cartridges (all brand new) I followed the instructions step by step. It keeps saying the indicated cartitdges are not communicating with the printer. What do I do?

Hi,

Please contact HP Support in your country for a such, you would likely need to get some ink cartridges replaced:

By providing your printer serial number, personal information and selecting your location you will be provided with a case number and the contact details.
