Still no help for this. Some how (I am not sure how I got mine working again in October when I last posted. Now it has happened again and I can't even get the print head and cartridges to come out from the end to the center again to change them.  Any help with this additional issue here? I am afraid to pull it our and brake something. I have tried the unplug thing a bunch of times but still wont' start up totally

OK I hope this helps someone. After unplugging and doing over and over again I unplugged it while the ink pump was in its center position. Pulled the ink carts out and beck in. That did not work either. Then I unplugged the USB from the powered USB hub to which it was connected and plugged directly into the USB port on computer and it all worked. Then I can put it back into the port and it works there too. ?????

I know so which fixed it?  Anyway carts were also low so replaced them when done and cleaned the heads a few times and prints great again.😎
