So I just received my new printing head and changed it after cleaning all cords as it says and despite that it seems that it is not working any ideas why and how to do the factory reset for the printer? I've done couple of resets by removing the cable from the printer but to no avail.

Best regards, Dontkick

Welcome to HP support community.

Clean the printhead

  1. Open the door to access to the ink cartridges.

  2. Wait until the carriage stops moving before you continue.

  3. Push the tab on an ink cartridge, and then pull the ink cartridge from its slot. Perform these steps for all the ink cartridges.

       CAUTION:

Do not leave the ink cartridges outside the printer longer than 30 minutes. Doing so can result in damage to both the printer and the ink cartridges.
