The main paper feed does not consistently grab a sheet of paper and pull it through the printing operation. I wondering if it is possible to clean the main paper feeders on a hp officejet 4215 all-in-one printer? I'm not sure how to find them.

I see that the printer does not pick up the paper, there is no particular document to show you how to clean the rollers. However, you can use the steps from the document An 'Out of Paper' error displays, printer does not pick paper to isolate and resolve the issue.

If device is out of warranty, and it is concluded that this is a hardware malfunction, I may have a few pointers/suggestions to help you out, however, since these suggestions are limited to you and your printer alone, I'd like to send out a private message with those details.
