When attempting to print a document with a picture in it, the print preview window shows the picture properly spaced and sized. However, when the 6968 prints, the photo is oversized and sometimes portions are cut off.
I do not want to receive some generic "bs" answer for a whole range of problems (as I have received from a the past post). I would appreciate a specific answer as to why the print preview page (as shown) does not print properly on the 6968.
It would be best if I could converse with a HP person in "real time" on a phone in order to walk me through a solution. Please call me on [Personal Information Removed].
Thanks,
Bob Oblak

No one from HP will call you as a result of you posting your private phone number in a public forum.
No telling who might call - it will not be HP.
Our community does not provide phone support.
I have asked that your phone number be removed. else you can edit your post (faster)...
Thanks for understanding.
