I am getting the print carriage cannot move error. I went through all the tutorials on fixing a paper jam in back and front . No paper jam anywhere . I did a restart of the printer . Still getting the error . Not able to by pass the error to get into settings

If you have already performed the steps from the document 'Carriage Jam' or 'E3' Error Displays and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
