The black ink was empty and I put in a new full unit. But the printing was just light grey, not black. After taking the unit and in cleaning etc, I changed to a new unit. The same result!! Before the printer was printing very well.

- What model printer are you using?
- If you have already cleaned the ink cartridge and replaced it with a new one and yet the issue persists, this could be an issue with the printer.

I tried all measures in the manual, but no positive result. I had given up and start looking for a new printer then it, two days ago, suddenly start printing black again!!! I can´t find any reason, during the meantime I had printed all documents in blue!
