Product: HP Officejet 4622

Hello everyone, for some time now the printer dirty and wrinkles the sheets. I tried to clean the rollers that move the sheets but they were not the problem. What can I do?

If you have already performed the steps from the document A 'Paper Jam' Error Displays on the HP Officejet 4610 All-in-One, Officejet 4620, Deskjet Ink Advant... and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
