I have a HP officejet 6600, on the little screen it says that the printhead is missing, not detected or incorrectly installed. I’ve restarted it by unplugging it leaving it for 1min and plugging it in again, ive also turned it off, taken out the ink cartridges turned it on and put them back. Im not sure what else to do. I cant press the home button. Only the “?” On the top right.

@sharon_123 Welcome to HP Community!
I understand that the printhead appears to be missing, not detected or incorrectly installed message.
Do not worry. I will try to fix the issue.
Please let us know when was working before.
Perform the hard reset and check.
Turn the printer on, if it is not already on.
Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
Wait at least 60 seconds.
Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed
Also, please update the firmware and check.
