There is a Problem with the Printhead 0 x 0

OfficeJet Pro 6978
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

OfficeJet Pro 6978. Windows 10 64 bit.

There is a problem with the Printhead 0 x 0.  Already reset the printer twice; checked the ink tanks one by one.  Error message never went away.  Didn't see anyone else with the "0 x 0" error message.

Thanks, Betty.  Printer apparently does require servicing.  Bought a replacement printer instead.
