This cartridge must be replaced - message on HPEnvy 4500

macOS 10.12 Sierra

I have tried all the solutions suggested on cleaning the cartridges which are new, and the print head. Have unplugged and switched on as suggested. I still have the message and can’t print in black. 

This is costing me a fortune. 

Im going to have to buy a new printer and it won’t be an HP!
