Product: HP OfficeJet 6950
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have now spent days trying to resolve print quality issues with online HP support, but my printer is still not printing using all four cartridges; hardware doesn't seem to see the CYAN anymore even though the software and apps do.

 

Hate to be adding plastic to our waste but resigned to replacement.

 

I have quite a bit of ink in stock, so can someone tell me what new printer uses the same ink as the OfficeJet 6950?

 printer is out of Warranty and so this Forum is my Support.

 

Any advice on the issue....?

Found these two printers, that use 902 cartridge.

HP OfficeJet Pro 6968 (T0F28A#B1H) ; HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 (T0F29A#B1H)
