Today I installed all new ink cartridges but it keeps telling me that the black ink is empty.

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an Officejet Pro L7650 All-In-One printer. Today I installed all new ink cartridges but it keeps telling me that the black ink is empty.  It will print but it does look like the black ink is low as the printing is not clear. any suggerstions?
