I just purchased my HP 7858 at Costco. Set it up, established with my wifi network and it printed from my Mac computer as well as my iPad. This afternoon it all of a sudden printed a page I went upstairs and it messaged me that my instant-ink subscription was disabled (I had just signed up yesterday). I used the chat function with this problem, the chat person said to disregard the message, that everything was ok. I stopped the chat and then received a message from the printer saying there was a paper jam (there wasn't). I went back to "home" and thought everything fine then discovered when I tried to print a document, the printer was not connected. I've tried to reset network many times, turned off computer, turned off printer, etc. The wireless network test results says that the printer cannot connect to my router but when I do the network setup it says it is connected.
