Printer has worked well in past. Recently replaced ink cartridges and anything printed as BLUE prints as PINK; anything printed as GREEN prints as YELLOW. Have performed the following tasks in SETTINGS - TOOLS: Clean Printhead. Clean Page Smears.

To better assist you - Are you using a genuine HP inks?
While you respond to that, please try these steps - HP OfficeJet 6900 Printers - Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues
Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
If the issue still persists, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the ink replacement.
