Try to print a file and it gets stuck in the Quere

hpofficejet pro 6830
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

It says printer is in Error state   &    Default error   I do have my printer with the right default

Hello thanks for getting back with me.

I finally found the problem.

The file I was trying to print had some kind of issue and I went to Save File and changed it's name and that got ride of whatever ways the cause and I was able to print the new file without any problems.
