Product: HP8700 all in one
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Trying to print in A4 Hayes water slide paper. Printer won’t pick up paper. I changed to photo paper. And also tried speciality glossy paper.  I have it on A4 for paper size.  Help please

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

 

Are you able to print on normal paper?

 

To know the Paper-handling specifications of HP OfficeJet Pro 8700 Printers, refer to this document.

 

This printer does not support the waterslide decal paper/transfer paper. The thickness of the paper plays an important role in the rollers to pick the paper.
