Hello, @flbaldy – Hope you are well 🙂

Thanks for reaching out! I came across your message about the printer issue and wanted to pop in to help.

I understand that you are trying to turn on the Fax send receive report. There are 3 different variants of Officejet 4500 printer series. Is your printer G510g, or G510a or G510n? Please do let me know.

Also, to access the print report options, try the steps mentioned below:

  • Restart your printer.
  • Press the Setup button (wrench icon) to access the setup menu.
  • “Print Report” is the 5th or 6th menu under the setup menu depending upon the firmware version of your printer.
  • You need to use the “Right arrow” key to navigate through the menu options to reach the print reports.
  • Press “OK” to enter the “Print Report” to access the report menu. Again use the right arrow key to access the “Image on Fax Send Report”.

Please let me know if this resolves the issue, or if you require further assistance.

Cheers 🙂
