Are the 902 ink cartridges for the OfficeJet Pro 6978 dye or pigment based?

Hi I would like to assist to the best of my ability to solve your problem.I hope the information i supply will be of help.

As far as i know HP inks are mostly pigment based.Hope this helps.

I am A certified Copier Technician.
