Hi
I am unable to print. The notification states that I need to update my Payment Method. I have already done this, 24 hours ago, and still, I am unable to print. I am working from home and it is essential for me to print today! I have tried to contact support on Facebook Messenger, but no reply. Please can an agent help me ASAP.

I suggest making sure your contact HP Instant Ink Support in the UK.
You may find the phone number listed in the HP Instant Ink site, at the top-right header below, which is 0207 660 6027 for the UK:

Thank you for your reply.
I did see the option to call and I would, but they charge.
I just need HP to take the payment from my payment method so I can start printing again.
It is unfair that they blocked me from printing when I have sufficient ink here.
