Hi

 

I am unable to print. The notification states that I need to update my Payment Method. I have already done this, 24 hours ago, and still, I am unable to print. I am working from home and it is essential for me to print today! I have tried to contact support on Facebook Messenger, but no reply. Please can an agent help me ASAP.

I suggest making sure your contact HP Instant Ink Support in the UK.

You may find the phone number listed in the HP Instant Ink site, at the top-right header below, which is 0207 660 6027 for the UK:

Try a phone number for your country / region to speak to an agent.

 

DO NOT POST ANY PERSONAL DETAILS PLEASE, this forum can be viewed by those with criminal intent, so be doubly aware of any contacts as a result of your post,

 

You initiate the call to HP to minimise risk.

Thank you for your reply. 

 

I did see the option to call and I would, but they charge.

 

I just need HP to take the payment from my payment method so I can start printing again.

 

It is unfair that they blocked me from printing when I have sufficient ink here.
