Unable to print whole bank statement DeskJet 2600

When I attempt to print my bank statements, the print preview shows as expected, but when the print job is complete, the main body of the statement i.e the bank transactions, is blank.  The only part printing is my name and address and he bank logo etc. I have spoken to the bank to see if it was a security protection feature, and it is not, The problem is with HP. What is the problem and how can I get around it?  I could print on my old printer, this is new.

Are you using a Windows PC or a MAC?

Have you tried downloading the statement and then printing?

Try using a different browser like Google Chrome or Firefox to print and check if the issue persists.

What happens when you print different documents like PDF, Word or webpages, does it print fine?

For now, let us try these steps: 

Run HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and fix any driver issue

Click here to download the file. Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and click on 'Fix printing'.

Update the printer firmware

Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.
